Netaudio London

Netaudio London apperas on Day program is the London platform for the international Netaudio festival series dedicated to the sounds of the Internet. It celebrates the creative output of networked musicians and online communities with talks, workshops, showcases and performances.

Netaudio had its first showcase with Netaudio?05 in Berne/Switzerland and Netaudio V2.05 in Cologne/Germany. 2006 saw the first London edition of the festival. Netaudio?06 at the Candid Arts Gallery and Electrowerkz nightclub featured over 50 performers, a live audio-installation as well as various workshops and network discussions and attracted some 900 visitors. In 2007 the festival moved to Berlin where over the course of 3 days, Netaudio?07 produced a multitude of events supported by music technology companies such as Ableton and Native Instruments and garnered great coverage in Berlin?s press. 2008 saw the second Netaudio Festival in London at Shunt.

In 2009 Netaudio festivals are planned for Berlin and Barcelona, before it will return to London in 2010. As in 2006 and 2008, the festival is organised by Cenatus Music Projects in collaboration with a team of independent curators and promoters.
